ハモンドオルガン／キーボード奏者。1976年3月17日、神奈川県生まれ。

1999年、ハモンドオルガンのインストゥルメンタル・バンド「FULL SWING」のリーダーとして活動を開始。以降、曽我部恵一 PINK BAND への参加をはじめ、サニーデイ・サービスのレコーディング、真心ブラザーズなどのライブサポート、CMレコーディングなど、ハモンドオルガンを軸に幅広いフィールドで活動する。

2015年、FULL SWING の活動休止を機に、ソロユニット「Tiny Step」名義での活動をスタート。東京を中心に、ポップミュージック、ジャズ、ソウル、レゲエなどジャンルを横断したライブ・制作活動を展開している。

2022年には、フィンランドのヴィンテージ・ソウルシンガー Bobby Oroza の来日公演をサポート。同年、Tiny Step “Southside” Trio 名義でのフルアルバム『First Flight / ブルースで踊ろう』をリリース。

2024年には、CDフルアルバム『TSST』を発表。同年、7インチ・アナログレコード『125 Street / This Love』および『Pho / Decade』をリリース。

2025年には、シンガーソングライター ニトリヒロヤスをフィーチャーした、Tiny Step 初のボーカル作品となる7インチ・アナログレコードをリリースした。

また、2025年からは民謡クルセイダーズのサポートメンバーとしても本格的に活動に参加している。

Hammond organist and keyboard player, born March 17, 1976, in Kanagawa, Japan.

In 1999, he began his career as the leader of the Hammond organ instrumental band FULL SWING. Since then, he has been active across a wide range of fields centered on the Hammond organ, including performances with Keiichi Sogabe’s PINK BAND, recording sessions with Sunny Day Service, live support for Magokoro Brothers, as well as commercial music recordings.

Following the hiatus of FULL SWING in 2015, he launched his solo project under the name Tiny Step. Based mainly in Tokyo, he has continued to perform and produce music across diverse genres such as pop, jazz, soul, and reggae.

In 2022, he supported the Japan tour of Finnish vintage soul singer Bobby Oroza. In the same year, he released the full-length album First Flight / Let’s Dance to the Blues under the name Tiny Step “Southside” Trio.

In 2024, he released the full-length CD album TSST, along with two 7-inch vinyl singles, 125 Street / This Love and Pho / Decade.

In 2025, he released his first vocal project as Tiny Step, a 7-inch vinyl single featuring singer-songwriter Hiroyasu Nitori.

Since 2025, he has also been actively participating as a support member of Minyo Crusaders.
